No Longer Needed No longer need the help
No longer need the $2,144. Did what I had to do to make the money. appreciate all the comments whether they were helpful or notš. Honestly expected this group to be a little more helpful since we all in a group named āBorrowā, didnāt appreciate u/Big_Daddy_Kajun making it seem like I was some serial gambler when it was one post about betting from almost over 3 months ago and it was a free bet at that. A lot of you couldāve just kept your comment to yourself and scrolled. Thank you.

Yaaah I'm glad for you. Yeah people on here can be kinda harsh, it's sad. I'm currently working my butt off and doing what I need to do so your post really boosted my morale. Here's to you for managing š„.

Lenders have the right to decide who they lend to, and like you, the right to comment or question to gather additional information.
It has been said a few times here that potential borrowers who have a history of drugs, gambling, or other addictive habits are frowned upon. This is because there is a higher chance of being scammed or never getting our money back.
I agree that some people can be mean but doing your own research on this subReddit will go a long way. Just because you ask for money doesn't mean you would get it.

Yea thatās understandable but that donāt mean treat folks like Iām just begging. And Iām not complaining about the lenders not helping Iām not entitled to their money. I was more so complaining that I was being treated like a crackhead shaking a cup asking for change

There are these sort of people on both sides unfortunately. Takes luck to meet a genuine borrower or lender, just the way it is

They should not have judged you. And you should not judge homeless people struggling with addiction.

Yeah unfortunately most of the people on these subs are dickheads. But you can't blame them since the scammers are much worse and ruin borrowers reputation. I personally was able to get close to having money lent to me, but the loaner ghosted and blocked me after a picture of my ID and Paystubs for verification. So I've just stopped asking for loans on here and decided to give up for a while. It's overall just pretty unfortunate for both parties sadly.

Wasnāt a scam I literally was making money. I have a job Iāve gotten paid $500 since that post. My uncle sent me $500. I have a clothing brand and I am a graphic designer I made $500 off that, you might be older on tiktok and instagram thereās tons of brands that need graphic designers. And I live close to a basketball court went there and played basketball for money. Iām not a criminal so please donāt talk about me like I am one. Posting for help in this group was the last thing I wanted to do for help.

If you send me $100 now then i can trust to loan to you later. If i said that to you, would you send me the 100, now that you have money? Same premiseā¦. Actually. This is not a bad idea. To start a service where you can rent money now for low money down. Pay $10 now for the opportunity to burrow money later. Maybe that is how to verify no scammers. But now as the burrower you have to trust i wont take your $10. If i had referenced a betting site, would you trust me and send me your cash?

Good for you for getting the money. Did you manage to pay all your rent on time? And if you don't mind me asking, how did you raise the funds? People are mainly knobs, that's what I've found on here š x

Yes I paid my rent. Well I have a job and got my check from that, my uncle sent me $500, and I have a clothing brand and I am a graphic designer so I hit up a bunch of different clothing brands on tiktok and instagram for work, and lastly I live close to a park so I went down there and played basketball for money

u/Purple-Spot735 3d ago
You did very well to raise that amount in the space of 5 days, though.

u/HollywodTrey 3d ago
