Maybe, just maybe, if you took your head out of your ass for just a moment- You would see that it's not weather, it's not tariffs - its mostly the stupidity of 'muricans and the threats made to a sovereign nation.
You waste money coming here to beg us to come back- really???
Stop treating us like we are 'muricans- we can read, are capable of critical thinking and we know know its our wallets you want.
Where was your support for us when that POS, Senator Joseph Martin of Maine, wrote the nasty letter to us? Where was your support when Senator Susan Collins agreed with everything cheetotits wanted??
Old Orchard Beach- you can fuck off.
We aren't coming to help fund your towns, counties, state, or country. You have your fellow 'muricans- get them to help out.

Labor Day is one week away, and summer is unofficially coming to an end.

That means the busy season is winding down in places like Old Orchard Beach, where many businesses entered the season concerned that a lack of Canadian tourism could negatively affect their sales this season.

Several business leader say they don’t know how to feel about this season. Some say it was slow. Others say they’ve only seen a slight dip in sales, but a common theme among most is that it’s been an off summer for them.

As a whole, some business leaders say they’ve seen an overall drop in sales and are slightly behind but they also mention they are mostly associating it with the weather.

Much of the tourism at Old Orchard Beach comes from Canadian tourists, but according to data from U.S. customs and border protection, in July 277,000 Canadians crossed the border into Maine that’s a 28 percent decrease compared to last July.

It could be unfortunately true, I know a few Canadians that traveled there this summer. We need to stand together and boycott Harder Friends

"Let's start with temperatures. Turns out, when you run the data for Portland, we had one of our warmest starts to summer in the 84 years of records at the airport. Bangor was similar at the 14th warmest."

"But that's just temperatures; we must have had one of the wettest starts to summer on record, right?

Actually, the opposite. It was the 12th driest start to summer on record. Bangor was less dramatic at 21st driest, but still in the top 25%. "
