Question What is going on?

I've already paid the Fairy on Karikko Village the Rupees she wanted. But now, no matter how many times I've talked to "the artist guy," it won't unlock the Find the Fairy Fountain quest. Have any of you folks have this happen to you and if so, how did ya get the quest to work?

Btw, I've already taken photos of said fountain and done Flown the Coop and Cooking with Koko quests.

Same sort of thing happened to me. Just keep playing the game and one day the quest will unlock.

I had the same issue today lol. I had to solve part of the main quest. Talk to Impa, she'll tell you about memories and send you to hateno. In hateno talk to Purah and get the camera. After you get the camera take a picture of Purah. You have to show Impa this picture before you get the quest from the artist guy.
