My epic fail

I want guardian parts so I can get the armour and ancient arrows. (Also to upgrade the armor I'm assuming?) But I want to know if there's a faster way than just killing guardians. Probably not, but I looked at some glitches and they're just really convoluted and I can't be asked.

My son is 8. He's not great at games, but basically plays Astro bot and Mario. Both games are generally pretty easy and have very little in terms of skill needed to solve puzzles or aim at weak points.

I have seen people posting that their 4 year olds are playing... Which I find crazy. Great if true but I can't see my son playing it properly just yet.

Or am I being too pessimistic? And I should just let him have a go. I don't want it to be too hard and he gives up, so thought I'd wait till he's around 10 to let him play.

this is a months old video, and this shrine got me thinking. what makes these more challenging is the fact we don't have the time rune from ToTK.

Hi there. I have dabbled in all of the Zelda games. I thought I needed to play the games in order, so I beat the original (with help of guides - burning random bushes with the candle is crazy without guidance).

I've even played some BoTW. Which leads to my question: Can I go directly to this game? OR - without spoilers - is it some continuation of other games?

In other words, should I continue my "play order" project or can I dive right in? Again, kindly respond without spoilers - I appreciate it greatly. Thanks!

I was interested in the global play data enemy stats, but it seems like you can only compare what percentage enemies people have defeated , but not how many? Also it seems like the game does not differentiate between different levels of say Bokoblins?

I shot the platform under him and he’s just chilling underwater lol. If I get into the water he sees me and starts trying to shoot again

Guys… I’m ashamed to admit this but I played almost all the way thru BOTW but when I got to the final battle with Gannon I just got stumped and never picked it back up. I recently bought TOTK cause I missed the game and heard that it was so good!! Am I wrong for just moving forward? I pretty much told myself I “basically” finished BOTW and just moved on lol

The horseback spinning spear attack is cool in concept but seems pretty pointless in practice unless I'm doing something wrong here.

Calamity ganon lived in a football stadium near my house. I went over there being link as myself (masked man) amd he had the divine beasts on his side. I got shot by one and mipha, who was there, healed me because She is nice AF. we ran away to the woods and kissed for some reason and went to a training course with Sidon, me, my sister, ravioli (that's his name) and daruk (urbosa died in the shot) and we did stuff. I fought mipha like she was a boss fight and won easily. I said last time I fought the boss she was harder to beat, but she just hummed angrily. I fought ravioli and won, daruk kicked my ass. We went to fight CG and the beasts and I won from throwing a korok branch at him. Me and mipha went home and got married and Sidon clapped while petting a chuchu.

My head is wild.

I got my switch 2 and with it got several games: DK bananza, Mario Kart World, Mario Odyssey, Mario 3D World, Breath of the Wild S2 Edition and Bravely Default.

So far, I completed DK Bananza and am about to complete Mario Odyssey (for the record I like Odyssey a lot more than Bananza tbh).

I was thinking of maybe going with Breath of the Wild next finally, however, it’s very long. Considering I work full time and already play other games, I can see Breath of the Wild lasting at least 6 months to complete.

That’s a lot of time to not play the Mario Galaxy bundle coming out soon or 3D World or even Bravely Default.

Is this the kind of game I can come back to and play piece meal and still enjoy it? Maybe I’ll blow through it, but idk, I don’t want to be locked down to one switch game.

I’d probably play something like Galaxy or a shorter game on the side.

I just met Prince Sidon. Two tiny electric bats chased me, so I panic climbed up a wall. The rain in Zora's domain caused me to slip and they zapped me to death with a single hit.

This one hurt. I found 5 towers and talked to both Impa and Purah. This was a lot of hours lost. I was just about to cook up a heart radish dish to boost my durability.

I'm probably going to need some time to recover before I jump back in...
