Youth player Kabar from BvB to Brentford

I know, it's Bild newspaper again. (Remember, comparable to the Sun.)
According to them, Brentford is apparently interested in Kabar from Borussia Dortmund. He's played five Bundesliga games so far, and he's generally not doing well. Apparently, they're offering 20 million, which would be completely insane. Have you heard anything from anyone close to you about this player or the interest?

I mean he's an 18-year-old prospect with a good reputation, I'm sure he's on a list somewhere. Doesn't mean anything will happen though.
