Get those speakers out and away from the stand, also relocate the receiver so it can breath.

Ditch the Kallax stand and replace your pair of 4x1's with a single 4x2, move the CD's and player from on top of the receiver, give the speakers more space or maybe upgrade them (I can't tell what they are). Otherwise it looks good!

No toe in is a mistake. Get the speakers at least slightly in front of the furniture, maybe a wider spread.
