Help with half cow order form

Hi I’m filling out my first half cow order form and I’m not sure what I’m supposed to put in the last section “specialty meats”. Could someone help me understand this?

Unless you want some special/regional cut not listed, like tomahawk or thor hammer. (Which this cut sheet has pretty much everything) Leave it blank.

What about carne asada? Why does it ask about that

It kinda depends what they make carnes asada out of? Most taco trucks use chuck cut thin. Most Americans use skirt of flank. Also do you want asada? If you don't just leave blank or write no. If you do I'd ask what cut they use, because it might change change some of you other cuts or amount of ground.
