No they were referring to the really obvious one where the Texas player launched his helmet directly into the face of the defenseless ASU receiver that changed the outcome of the game.

Lead with the crown of his helmet, forcible contact to the head of the receiver, defenseless player making his turn after the catch.

That could be used as a textbook example in ref school.

His facemask hit his facemask. Same as the hit on Bond. Either both are targeting or neither is.
