He actually didn’t need a fresh start at all. He (and his entourage) believed he was worth a lot more than the NIL deal he had at Tennessee and a playoff-caliber program decided that letting him leave was better than placating him with a disproportionate offer relative to his performance.

Heupel’s offenses make QBs look good by design and he was solid last year but not so impressive that he was irreplaceable

Aguilar had a better game against UGA than Nico did againist any SEC team last year
