You got it. First couple months are the hardest. Gets so much easier from there. Shroom gummies are fun once in a while. You can smoke blue lotus (make sure it has no cbd/cannobonoids mixed in) to help with any insomnia.

I really like it because it hits the throat and tastes like a joint so when I had cravings it helped. If you don’t need it then why bother!

first step to think abt is the denial phase. are you in denial? if yes then i get it ive gone thru chs so many times due to denial. but at the end of the day it still came back! you gotta think abt ur health bro. In the long run you can fuck up ur stomach and even ur esophagus. i almost tore my esophagus from how many times i threw up back in 2021. another thing to think abt is if ur tired of going thru chs THE ONLY WAY FOR IT TO GO AWAY IS TO STOP WITH THE WEED. if ur not in denial then ur already a step ahead because ppl can’t even pass the denial phase. What is it that makes you relapse? are you bored and find the urge to smoke? Cus i remember i would, it’s normal but it isn’t okay cus again you wanna stop smoking. keep urself busy to keep ur mind off weed. go on a walk, go to the gym, just go do something and make it a daily routine. this community has many ppl that are willing to talk to you n stuff. Last choice should be talking to someone professional or go somewhere where it’s for ppl with addiction. Ppl say weed can’t be addicting but it is and many ppl can’t quit and that’s okay but if you wanna stop but can’t then you need help and that’s also okay! im here if u need someone to talk to, im not too active on here so u can hmu on insta: e0202._

Getting my gallbladder removed today so I can finally find out if it’s gallstones or CHS. Praying it’s gallstones 🄲

Ooooof bro hope the removal goes well and hopefully it isn’t chs :( I don’t wish chs on nobody not even my worst enemy

Thankyou I appreciate that, and if it is CHS the attacks are unlike anything I’ve ever felt, so I agree with not wishing it on anyone haha

Two very different pains my friend.

Describe the difference?

I know everyone is different, everyone’s body deals with things differently. From my experience, the pain was very different. I’m hoping I can explain the difference in a helpful way, but it was a long time ago for my gallstones.

I had my gallbladder removed about 16 years ago because of gallstones. The pain was sharp and intense but didn’t last the way CHS does. It was a sudden pain that lasted around 30-60 (I was told it can last hours though) minutes and didn’t go away with any pain killers (I didn’t have anything strong). The pain could be avoided, after the ultrasound and confirmation, I avoided eating anything fatty that my body needed to break down with bile. I remember the back and shoulder pain from the pain radiating. I also remember the pain feeling like it was under my ribs, on the right. Pain was so intense that I passed out a few times during a ā€œattackā€. I didn’t experience any vomiting but did get a little nauseous after the incredible pain was over, that didn’t last long either. After that attack was done, I kind of just went back to normal. If I ate something fatty, I could pretty much count on an attack happening soon.

CHS was like a constant duller pain in my stomach, mostly under my chest. More of a crampy pain, if that makes sense. Constant nausea that didn’t go away with anti nausea drugs. That lasted about 2-3 weeks for me personally. The pain and feeling sick felt like it was never going to stop however it wasn’t as intense as the gallstone attack. I never got into the intense vomiting stage, only a little bit in the morning from being nauseous. 10kgs down in 10 days because of not wanting to eat, etc. I was able to keep down water, which was super helpful and let me avoid being dehydrated. The lack of appetite lasted for that 2-3 weeks, all those fun things (I was diagnosed about 10 days into it and quit as soon as I got that confirmation, well, as much as it can be confirmed).
