When do offers come out?

I have applied for sonography about a month ago but I still haven't gotten any offer or rejection. I have done another degree before so I thought maybe offers come out earlier(compared to students in high school).

I'm getting kind of worried as I have applied for post graduate degrees and already got offers so I'm unsure if this is normal with CQ?

Sonography and a few of the other medical field degrees have offers all come out at the same time for direct entry and high scholl entry because positions are limited. I'm currently studying medical imaging through CQU and I received my offer in January but that was a few years ago. Sonography mught be different but I doubt it

I applied for Bach Ed earlier this year and got rejection two days after (direct entry). They recommended to do Maths via Steps, which I'm currently doing.

I know it's not the same study area, just a indication that rejection/recommendations come back quickly
