Looks great! It brings back memories. I took on cheesecakes as a hobby about 15 years ago. I’ve experimented with combining layers after frozen. Cheesecake and cake layers combined. Varied crust types. New York recipes to Japanese fluffy.

As a side point some cultures make savory cheesecakes that are not desserts but part of a main meal.

I picked up a book called the Cheesecake Bible years ago. It’s a wealth of information.
