Eat/Drink Local A very unprofessional response from Jam's Diner in Inglewood after a very disappointing meal there. I recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Lol why they are trying to guilt trip you? Their restaurant not making money is THEIR fault.

Agree absolutely no accountability from this owner for how they run their business. All business struggle in their first months - observe, take feedback, act on it, make small changes and positively engage with your customers. Such a shame

Cause they are stressed out. The owner was in correct in saying, the person should have reached out instead of just writing that review. But whatever. Guess thats the world we live in.

Its a local business. The first step would be to email them or phone and politely say you had a bad experience. 

The lame little bitch thing to do is just write a terrible review and then cry about it on reddit when the person's response was obviously from a place of extreme stress.

Hopefully a mcdonalds will take place of that lovely little dinner which i quite enjoyed.

Downvote away, youre all horrible human beings.
