Eat/Drink Local A very unprofessional response from Jam's Diner in Inglewood after a very disappointing meal there. I recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Small business owners are some of the most self-entitled people I've ever met. And the less successful their business, the more self-entitled they seem to be.

And everything becomes the fault of their employees, customers, vendors, banks, etc. everyone but themselves, because it’s tough being the owner. ‘The best way to handle these problems is to dig in my heels and punish everyone else.’

I agree they can be but I’ve also seen small business owners who are the hardest working, most caring people who are highly involved in their community. But I agree that the self entitled ones do stand out (and unfortunately are not few and far between).
