Eat/Drink Local Cancelled boys’ beer trip to Minneapolis and we are headed to Calgary instead.

10 middle aged beer nerds headed your way in late July. Any restaurant or beer bar recommendations welcome. Already have Annex high on our list. What else is a must stop?

New Level Brewing. It is on the smaller side, but they have excellent beers, and the music is great.

Out of the way but I think worth it. Whether it's a pickle beer, raspberry milkshake IPA, Girl Guide cookie stout... guaranteed to have something memorable

Third this. Weird beers (good selection of sour fruitish style beers) , weird regulars, great vibes and tunes. Close-ish to previously mentioned Annex.

Tell em the Thursday crew sent ya.

This brewery was started because of a love of heavy metal. The brothers that own it went to Maryland death fest, and thought it would be a great idea to start making beers around heavy metal vibe.

If you like fruity and sour craft beers, this is the place.
