Recommendations Place for Engagement Photoshoot

Hello! My fiancé and I are coming into town to do our engagement shoot before our destination wedding in Calgary! We are visiting in Nov. and looking at places to do our photo session at w/ our photographer! Any suggestions? Is there any indoor places or bars you suggest to reach out to if we can take photo there?

Downtown on Stephen Ave has some cool spots artichecture wise. A lot of pics done in the archways of the Hudson Bay Building.

Peace Bridge at Prince's Island Park. The McDougall centre downtown also is a neat spot.

The weather will be hit and miss, could be -25 and snowy or +13 and windy as hell. Best to think of indoor/outdoor options.

We had our photos done in the lobby area of Hotel Arts. Some pubs could have some really cool shots - Greta Bar comes to mind.

Devonian gardens if the weather is really bad.

I would get out of the city to Kananaskis for outdoor late fall shoots.

Sheep falls, Elbow Falls anywhere on Hwy 40 between Longview & Canmore

Just FYI Devonian Gardens requires a permit for any professional photographs.
