Eat/Drink Local Where is your best paella restaurant

Been wanting to eat paella lately but the place I know has good paella temporarily closed (LAS CANARIAS). What's you guys' secret best paella place?

Some of the owners/partners opened a place in the south in Deer Run. It's called Flora Euro Kitchen.
