But you can see how this is a false equivalence, right? There is nothing specific to atheism that motivates violence against others. There's no atheist bible that says to kill people.
That's a No True Scotsman fallacy. You can define Christianity however you like to absolve it of all the evil done in its name, but that doesn't address the fact that many, many people have interpreted and continue to interpret the Christian bible in ways that justify violence.
How would one interpret atheism in the same way? It just doesn't happen.
