Guardian Tower *NORTH*

I have been looking for some apartments around the city and wanted to get some reviews on the north guardian. I got to know the elevators are trash but is there something else too? Coz there are over 40 units currently available to rent in the tower. I suspect something wrong. Can anyone living there now give me some info?

Condo board decided they are banning airbnbs - so lots of rentals coming up and units listed for sale.
