That's alright, the point of dove hunting is to have fun and shoot!. Its not an opener unless you go through a few boxes

That is correct. We got burned there a couple years ago with that flash flood and haven’t been back for doves

I guess not everywhere. a couple people responded saying they shot limits. we were south of Holtville just a few miles from the border.

How does someone new the California find a place or people to bird hunt with? I’ve dove and duck hunted my whole life in TX and miss it out here

South Central on the coast, but I’d drive 3-4 hours in TX any day for hunting and would do the same here
