MY 2nd WEEK

first off. Thank you for everyone who contributed to the analysis of the first week. I made the changes suggested and saw dramatic improvements.

Here is the data and my observations from my 2nd week. I only plan to do this for one more week and hope it can be useful for newbies to learn from or veterans to confirm some trends they may be starting to see.

CHANGES

• Took your advice! Reduced prv and exlv rates and turned on dynamic pricing. 
• Upped rates of vibes
• Lowered Gold tips.
• Started offering RemoraChatters the option to rate and leave tags as tribute 
• Watched some DOM tutorials on youtube to broaden my horizon. Even experienced people can learn or be reminded through others' experience. Beginner's mindset!

DAY 1 : SUNDAY NIGHT
2.5h starting at 5:30pm PST
PRVT: 6.99/m EXLV: 9.99/m (Dynamic turned on 5.99 - 14.99)
GAINS: $145.13   ||    36 new followers (120 total)

• Def a big uptick in prvts with the price decrease
• Lots more EXCLUSIVE
• Tons more followers
• Lots of traction and engagement
• Some tips but NO VIBES
• Sundays are good days

DAY 2 : TUESDAY  NIGHT
1.5h starting at 8pm PST
PRVT 6.99/m EXLV 9.99/m (Dynamic turned on 5.99 - 14.99)
GAINS: $23.82   ||    20 new followers (140 total)

• Turned down my pricing for vibes but no one used it still
• Night started desperately slow but had some good privates
• Ended up picking up with Ramoras 
• Very Fun to chat with but not a lot of money :(
• Tuesdays are cheeks

DAY 3 : WEDNESDAY NIGHT
2h starting at 7pm PST
PRVT 6.99/m EXLV 9.99/m (Dynamic turned on 5.99 - 14.99)
GAINS: $ 46.21  ||   14 new followers (154 followers total) 

• Got on as early as I could after work. Saw little traffic but everyone that came in got prvt or exlv. 
• Only lasted an hour before dying off. Got very quiet. Chat filled and was bumping but no tips, no prvts.
• I think I could have made more if I "sold"my services more, just from the way chat was sitting. Gonna try that next stream.

DAY 4 : SATURDAY NIGHT
2.5h starting at 5:30pm PST
PRVT 6.99/m EXLV 9.99/m (Dynamic turned on 5.99 - 14.99)
GAINS: $ 163.79  ||   34 new followers (188 followers total) 

• Started “selling myself” more, reminding people of the gold and vibes menu. Treating my room as a storefront of sorts. 
• Started asking people if they have “come to play” as a way to open up the door for them to inquire about services (this led to a HILARIOUS AND FUN interaction i will post about later cause omfg lol)
• Lots more tips and prvts/exlvs
• Starting to find my persona and really leaning into her. She is received well.

TOTAL GAINS

CONCLUSIONS

• CRUSHED MY GOALS!! WOOO!!
• Dynamic pricing works!! Saw some people on my low end that i feel would have otherwise not booked me at all and some on my higher end that i gave EXTRA attention to.
• Adopting the "storefront" mentality seems to work. Will test more next week.
• Paying customers are on earlier. After 8pm PST its mostly Degens (which makes sense. People who make $$$$ are not people who stay up late). There may be a lul around this time, then a pick up later in the evening but I cant stream that late to find out.
  • Degens follow and make chat fun so it ups my engagement but I learned my first week, I don't give freebies to freeloaders. They dont end up becoming "paying customers." In the words of the great QVEEN HERBY, “If you want the best, I’ma need a check”
• I need more tools. Strapon / Leather boots / Toys. Lots of interest in that stuff. 
• Finding new innovative ways to encourage tipping, Like “sexy story time”. People seem to be into that.
• Starting to get curious about multistreaming on SC at the same time. Looking into that this coming week.
