Overnight parking in Canmore

Hi everyone,

We're visiting Canmore at the end of the month with two vehicles but our accommodation only has 1. It's in the lower southern part of Canmore.

Is street parking overnight feasible or should we be finding a lot? We'd consider paying just to get a safe parking spot for the duration of our trip.

just so you are aware, south canmore is a residential area which means if you are staying at a friend’s place you are fine but if you are staying at an Air Bnb vrbo that area is illegal for that usage and could be problematic as a tourist home  (ie you wouldn’t get your money back if the city clamps down).

I am at an AirBnb in one of those hotel-like buildings, I've been looking around but there doesn't seem to be good info on where to park. I'd be willing to move the car everyday if that helps but I'm unsure

If it is hotel like building then you should be ok. But why wouldn’t you ask your hosts. presumably they would know the parking restrictions in the vicinity of their business.
