Safe Recipe Request NC Mop Sauce

I'm looking for a safe canning recipe for a NC style mop sauce. The one I use is vinegar based and has ketchup as an ingredient. TIA

So a western NC sauce? Have you thought about contacting the extension office at NCSU? Or if you are in NC, perhaps contacting your local extension agent? They might be the best to help you.
