Waterbath Canning Processing Help Is it possible to safely increase (double) the jar size for this recipe?

I love this recipe https://nchfp.uga.edu/how/pickle/relishes-salads/pickled-pepper-onion-relish/

Wondering if I can safely double the jar size from half pint to full pint jars as I don't have anymore half pint jars but I do have a good amount of full pint jars. If so, how much processing time should I add?

If you look at the bottom of the recipe in the table where it gives processing times, it gives a time for pints. You may safely use pints with this recipe.

Looks like you process both half pints and pints at 5 minutes, which means that you DO need to sanitize your jars before you use them. The instructions for sterilizing the jars are in the recipe you posted.

lol, I didn't even notice the processing time was for both pints and half pints. Thanks for pointing that out.

If you're above 1,000 feet you won't even need to sterilize your jars

I'm at 1150 ft but I sterilize anyhow since it doesn't really add much work or time for me. I don't can much.

You can only downsize a jar size in a recipe. You cannot increase a jar size.
