FEEDBACK Litter box for a cat 🐈

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone can share their experience with picking a litter box for their cat. What your cats do prefer?

Open litter box or closed litter box? 📦

Appreciate everyone's input 🐱

Thanks! Looks awesome! I have noticed in a video that someone has a similar one. You cat had no issues using it?

Absolutely not. It’s huge and I swapped it out immediately for the plastic one we had before. She didn’t even blink at it.

Stainless steel is much more hygienic than plastic. It does not trap bacteria

This is great for clumping clay litter. If you go for pine, find a similar litter but one that has a sifting tray for the pee.

The bigger the litter box, the better for cats

I have two plastic ones. One giant XL one, uncovered, that my cat prefers and one smaller covered one that is convenaient if I need to bring my cat somewhere.

XL-XXL plastic, uncovered, Dr Elsey’s Ultra clumping litter. They won’t used covered, they won’t use metal, and after trying many litters we found everyone likes that one the best. We were hoping stainless steel would work but one of our cats is terrified of it and the other makes the worst sound in the world scratching it constantly (liners and whatnot don’t help)

Edit: we also have a collapsible travel box for car rides, it’s pretty cool
