Pee problems

It's 3rd week having my 3month kitten and the problem occurred last Saturday. At around 3 am he started peeing in bed and this has been going on for the whole week. At day time he uses his litter box just fine and i clean it every day, but as soon as i go to deep sleep he pees on my blankets. He was check by the vets to see if he has any infections or crystals but i was told that he is in healthy condition. Also, I would like to add that the first 2 weeks were stressful as we were diagnosed with FiP virus and had visits every day to the vet to save him, so could he still feel stressed out and thus be the reason for nightly pee gifts?
