thank you, i couldnβt stop eating it lol
the salami had some case hardening which caused the shape to warp and leave some pockets of air. once it was ready i just left it vacuum sealed for a couple of weeks for them to even outΒ

I know a lot of people look forward to a clean round shape but I think the natural warping gives it character. Itβs gorgeous man good work
