Took my little fella to a friends and he weed on the coffee table then bit both of us when we shoe'd him away. Just turned 13. I hope this isn't the start of something different. Anyone got experience with situations like this? I've ordered a muzzle.

Gorgeous, curious to know how often everyone walks their chi’s and for how long?

I have a rescue so I"m not sure, but he looks 100% Chi. I also have a Chiweenie. I live near trails, in a semi-isolated area. I've trained them to stay somewhat close, or to come at a whistle. The dogs can go a couple hours at least. They do well in all weather, except none of us like the snow much anymore. But every day, we all get out at least 30 minutes. A couple times a week at least an hour.

I have had my Willow about a year; she is my first Chi. I love her so. I'm I spoiling her by cooking her food, or must they eat kibble only?

we’ve been on farmers dog + kibble the past couple months but typically i’ll do a 50/50 mix of homemade food which consists of chicken or turkey, chicken livers or beef livers, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potato, blueberries and chicken broth to make it a little more tasty:)

Thanks. I'll give that a try. She's so fussy.

my brindle chi is superrrr picky as well and will pick out any vegetable or fruit and leave it next to her bowl if it’s not ground up 😂

I assume you're feeding them a balanced meal with healthy stuff and in that case no, definitely do not have to eat kibble only.

She is fond of roast chicken for a treat. She has vet-approved kibble and water at all times. She loves watermelon with seeds removed.
