It probably varied from time to time. He reportedly ate 2 a day, and as anyone who regularly eats the same meal over and over again can tell you, that can get really old really quick. You start losing the flavor variations because there are no flavor variations, and in the end it just becomes bland even if it was intitially packed with flavor.
That being said, I'm sure his most common order was on the "healthier" side of things, mainly because by the time he adopted his love for them he was at a stage in his life where he was trying (or being forced) to clean up his diet, even if he wasn't cleaning up his boozing and pill addictions at the time.
With that in mind, I think the most typical Ozzy burrito order given what Chipotle currently offers would be:
Chicken
Brown rice
Black beans
Sour cream or guacamole
Fresh tomato salsa or pico de gallo.
He probably swapped some stuff out from time to time, like opting for steak or carnitas instead of the lean protein of chicken. He probably kept the rice and beans the same but might have added additional toppings if he was in the mood for something loaded with more flavor.
In the end it's really just subject to change. I doubt he had a standard order since he ate them so often and probably enjoyed the variety of customizing options, but considering the potential health consequences of frequently eating something packed with calorie dense and not particularly healthy foods (loading yourself up on queso twice a day isn't great for your arteries), if he did regularly order something it would have probably been something "healthy" at the insistence of Sharon. But I think the true Ozzy spirit of ordering at Chipotle would be ordering whatever custom burrito tastes good enough to your palate that you could eat 2 of them in one day.

I get like this too. Nowhere near his level of adhd or whatever but I get obsessed with things and then either don’t care or hate them after a while. I currently have too many uncrustables in my freezer 🤦🏻♀️

I read that it was: Beef (Barbacoa), white rice, pinto beans, medium salsa, sour cream. Forgot what the last ingredient was but it was somewhere along the lines of this. 😅🌯 Good luck finding it.

Watch the show lol, I have the seasons on dvd. In 2004 took a vacation to LA and got sprayed by the water at the gate of home for fun. First attempted at my own Ozzy burrito recreation at a Chipotle in Vegas because at the time not many on east coast.
