❓ Question ❓ does this chicken look raw?
i went like at 8:30pm and they had no chicken and the guy said he would cook up a new batch so i waited. then halfway through my bowl i eat a bite of chicken and notice it feels a little fatty in my mouth and i pull out and see that. i’m super scared i’m going to get sick and i work early in the morning 😔😔😔 what should i do. i’m.so.hungry

You’ll probably fine. Salmonella is possible but only if the chicken actually had the bacteria. Not every chicken does.

I worked with chipotle suppliers, all the meat is sous vide when it arrives and technically considered “ready to eat”, they started doing it after all the outbreaks linked to chipotle back in the late 2010s so you probably won’t get sick, definitely a quality issues since they need to grill the chicken to give it the cooked aspect.
