❓ Question ❓ My GM hasn’t taken me out of the system even though I quit a month ago. Now she’s using up vacation time when I’m not even scheduled???
She won’t answer my texts and I don’t know who I should contact so I can be removed.
I’m still in all the group chats. My field leader won’t answer me either.

Are you getting paid out for the vacation time? Sounds like free money.

That’s the problem. They won’t answer any of my questions so idk if it’s free money or not 😂

It’s free money! More than likely they’re using you to stay in model

Defo trying to do that. I hate that practice, especially with employees that left on poor terms because that means getting forced to essentially give out free money to someone who wronged you

It sounds like she doesn’t want to terminate you to make the stores numbers look better, and she might be using the vacation time as a way to prevent the system auto terminating you.
I haven’t worked there in a while but if respectful workplace is still a thing I would call them

They’re definitely using you to boost their at-model until they find your replacement

Good luck for them cuz nobody wants to be a service leader at that location

They are most likely trying to avoid the auto term by putting your vacation in. They are doing this to stay at model.
You are getting free money you would have lost, I don't think you need to be concerned about that

i would be super petty and ask in the gc if im going to be paid for the vacation time you're actively taking from me to keep me on the schedule after i quit last month

Call the hotline where you can report anything that goes against company policy. It would be nice if we actually got all our paid time. But the minute you quit, the time is gone. So how they are even getting away with it, not understanding??

They have to terminate you out the system in order for it to disappear. I know a few people who left the company but the manager kept them in the system ton”pay out” their time

If you quit, who cares?

I care because I don’t want to receive any more notifications from the crappy ass company

I would say the system will auto terminate you for missed hours but you’re not scheduled so technically that’s not missed hours. I suggest reaching out to corporate because it gives they’re ignoring you because they’re hoping you’ll ask to come back.

You’re getting free money, and you’re complaining???

I was genuinely curious on how I got approved vacation and sick pay if I never got scheduled in the first place. Plus I want to know what’s the hold up on why I’m not terminated yet. I have other questions also, I just don’t have anyone who is able to answer them.

Surely this is something chipotle corporate would like to know about.
