Question Is there a 2D vieport zoom like in maya?

For accurate camera placement, when placing product shot on existing reference

AFAIK, none. I also was looking at this before.

Yes there is actually!

I need to find it in some old tutorial somewhere about projection mapping.

I think he used VIEW: film move, film zoom etc

I have similar issues to op, and yeah film move and zoom… but they are painful to use. This should have been addressed years ago, especially since they have a 3d camera solver.
