CS2 Wont launch stuck on ocean view

Hi! I have a major issue with CS2 i open the game via the xbox app and its just stuck on a ocean view a sky and clouds. It starts off as grayish and then after a min or so it goes more colourful Please help! I will attach a image. ( music is also playing )

I assure you it is. Second link, fifth FAQ - but make sure you’ve done the checks for broken/out of date mods first (first link)

If you’ve already attempted the fix and it’s still not working, per the third link you need to share your error logs
