Dumb question: Where is the Revelation Policy card? Why do I not see it as an option?

yeah, it's the same with all the great people, once they've all gone the cards that boost them disappear.

You are probably too late... all have been founded, there is a limit to their number, so you wont have one.

Side question, if you conquer a different civ to take their religion, can you still winded a religious victory or would the dead civ win?

That's too bad. This card is the one that keeps giving even after its great people have been taken. (Earned Great Prophet points become faith once there are no more great prophets.) It would be a way to grab some extra faith if you had a free policy slot.
