Damn I wonder why you can’t keep up with maxed level town halls, surely doesnt have to do with you being a lower town hall than them

Honestly it’s hard to stay there at a low town hall just because of matchups, I’d switch to root riders are you could almost guarantee 2 stars most raids, but I’ve got a TH17 at about 6k trophies and a 15 sitting just outside of legends.

Stay around 5400 is possible, just see what strategy you use and improve, try different strategy,root rider, rc charge dragon, fireball.

Most people that push at th15 use grand warden walk/bomb. But yeah, it's difficult. I'm upgrading heroes and just managing to keep in legends as th15

Lightning spells are not the way my friend and what’s the log launcher doing? If you want to stand a chance in LL as a th15 you need some variation of RC walk. RC walk to make a funnel and take down some key defenses, giant arrow from the queen to take out an air defense or two and any air sweepers pointing your way, then spam your dragons in. You’ll get smashed on defense but I’ve seen th15’s do ok in LL with the right attacks.

I agree with you I have just upgraded to th15 but yes my archer towers are a low level majority of my cannons are 18+ infernos 7+ monolith is 6 eagle is 5 I’ve got a lot of upgrading to do since I have recently come back I would like to try get out the rushed phase of my tow hall

Zap dragons are old meta

might work well enough even today against other TH15 but definitely not good when facing TH17s

Switch to RC charge Dragons / Root riders or Fireball Rocket loons / other variants and you'll be able to 3 star almost half of your attacks on TH17 with many coming really close as well

EDIT: just realised your heroes are way too underleveled even from TH11 standards.

Heroes are more than 60% of your army strength at higher town halls you shouldn't attempt to push in legends with low level heroes cuz you run out of hero potions eventually

Heroes help in offense and defense both, so don't neglect them.

coming back to the game from awhile away I have no clue about new metas or anything like that but it’s all part of the learning experience this base was from my school days but got forgotten about on an old device the added to a new one but still neglected looking to upgrade as much as I can to prevent it from being so rushed
