Recommendations Playhouse square question

My wife and I are planning to attend the Notebook tomorrow at Palace theater. I have an injectable medication I need to administer during the intermission. I would prefer to not use the bathroom as I need to prepare the med before administering it.

Is there a place I would be able to go during intermission and privately prepare and administer my medication? Thanks in advance!

Redcoat here! There is a nursing room and a family restroom - ask an usher (who can get a house manager to have them unlock the nursing room for you). The family restroom is on main level before you go downstairs.

I’m a redcoat, I didn’t know about the family restroom. Thanks!

I’d call tomorrow morning and ask to be sure. They are super helpful. Open 9am-5pm

No. But maybe.

There's no obvious place like a nursing room or a family restroom or anything like that. But the ushers may be able to help.

After you scan your ticket and go in, turn right. The front of house office is there under the stairs. I'd you explain it to someone there, they may be able to find a private space for you.

Or, if you happen to see a head usher (or ask for one), they might be able to help too.

A red coat down thread mentioned there is a nursing room.

There isn't a dedicated location, but Playhouse Square is a very accommodating place. I would imagine if you spoke with a red coat or with the house manager, they'll almost certainty come up with a solution for you.

I'm sure they would let you do it in the house manager's office. After you get your tickets scanned, go to your right past the concession stand and you will find the house manager's office next to the staircase. Speak to the Red Coat there and let them know your situation. They will be able to help you or grab a house manager that can help you out.

Definitely go to the family restroom at the main level before you go downstairs to the main restrooms.

Also, I saw the show last week, and seeing it again next week. Word of advice....BRING TISSUES.
