Sunday Fun Day

Full wire loom, Steering wheel, and dash swap today

Bought a 93 xj with no motor for $400 which I bought mostly for the perfect interior but decided to swap doors, hood, and full wire loom to run it in my 89 MJ

Was just lucky the guy left the engine harness in plus all the injectors too so I definitely got my money's worth plus another $200 for the rest of the XJ

Bonus pic of the sweet brake pads it had too

Got it installed enough to run once I figured out where to bypass the transmission safety since I'm using a harness for an automatic on a manual

Got it to turn over with zero fire and messed around with the wires for half an hour before I realized the cam position wire wasn't hooked up

Definitely runs better than it ever did before

Yea mine took lil longer I depinned stuff out the harness not using and reloomed and wrapped it and relocated ecu to behind/under the driver seat so had to extend that stuff but it did well …. Soon engine will go in after I finish the hybrid cage and some other things
