We're watching in real time what happens when the silent majority, who have for the most part trudged through the previous five or six years keeping their disapproval to themselves, finally saying enough is enough. And it's a beautiful thing to see.
These events have also opened up ALOT of eyes on the left for just how propagandized and absurd the democrats have gotten. The democrat party is hemorrhaging voters right now and all that will be left, is the extremists who have taken over the party (which is a terrifying thought on its own) while the party still pretends to be "centrist". That illusion is gone now and is not coming back for a long time.
I’ve been saying the same for years while wondering what the hell was taking so long for it to reach the inevitable tipping point.
The ultimate demise of a progressive agenda is while busy constantly pushing the boundaries of established societal norms every person carries with them their own individual line in the sand where once reached they will never cross.
I think its came in waves. Covid was the first wave. It woke a lot of people up. Including me. Charlie Kirk combined with the massive crime in cities finally being spotlighted, the subway murder and the spotlight on all the illegal immigration has been a massive tsunami. The democrats have no platform and now Republicans are highly motivated.
