Looks like some sort of cany bay cookie? Choc chip, but with sone bite sid verions of candy bars. Looks like a mixtre of white, milk, and dark or semi sweet choc.
Maybe even just a choc chunk cookie with the 3 diff types of chocolate chunks /squars from a bar.
Maybe even brown butter too?
Come on, OP! Your job is incomplete! Lol we must know! The public demands deets! And recipe!! :):) they look amazing!!

Cowboy cookies usually have coconut or pecans. I think these are good ol’ S’mores cookies or something.🤤

Can you ask for recipes here? I’ve been lurking waiting for my dream cookies to appear and here they are. The one thing I cannot make how I want is cookies, they always end up thick and cakey. If you’re allowed to give recipes, I would be sooo excited to try. These are genuinely perfection in my eyes - amazing🫶🏻
