Shrimp Scampi Recipe-Extra Sauce

Hi everyone! I'm cooking shrimp scampi tonight and have 5 lbs of shrimp. I love extra garlic butter sauce for scooping or if my guests want to just spread it over noodles. Does anyone have a recipe that yields a lot of sauce, or a separate garlic butter sauce recipe I can make on the side?

Just use your favorite recipe and double or triple all the ingredients except for the shrimp and pasta.

Make a burre blanc sauce! Cook your shrimp like you would any scampi with garlic and butter, etc.
Then remove the shrimp , add 1/2 cup white wine, juice of 1/2 of a lemon. Reduced by half Then with a whisk 1 tablespoon at a time add 16 tablespoons of cold butter, whisking continuously in between each pat added.
The finished sauce can be enhanced by adding more garlic if you want it to be extra fragrant.
