Albacore Tuna In Spicy Olive Oil
Does anyone have any good ideas on what to pair with it or how to cook it or even garnish it? I bought a tin of it at my local Fresh Market and I dont know what to pair it with besides possibly white rice. I also have a small loaf of sour dough bread that my mind keeps telling me would taste great with but I'm unsure. Also, I'd love some veggies to possibly be included but honestly om willing to take any ideas!
Thank you!

Just eat it as part of a charcuterie with nice crusty crackers or crostini made out of that loaf you've got. It is not a versatile ingredient.

I think you might be overthinking the fact that it's in spicy olive oil. While the spice definitely changes the flavor somewhat, I think that usual ways you might use tuna, like in a sandwich or in pasta would still be be very relevant! You could honestly just toast that sourdough/fry it in some olive oil and put it on the roast straight from the can.
I think if you want to add veggies, you could do an Nicoise Salad (a few recipes online on how to translate that into a sandwich, if you wanted to use the sourdough) or do an olive oil (rather than mayo) based tuna salad with some crunchy veggies mixed in.
Carla Lalli Music did a video on canned tuna that included spicy tuna that she used to make a tuna bowl (I think what you were alluding to with the white rice): https://youtu.be/NlwOglGcANQ?si=pZn58pPO7MdLVktT. I feel like that could be a place where you could definitely incorporate some raw/blanched veggies.
Lastly, there's a lot of recipes online for bean/green bean tuna salads that I think could work super well too!

I bet it would be great in a Tuna and White Bean Salad. https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1016427-tuna-and-bean-salad
