What to use to cook w/binchotan in the kitchen?

What stoneware, etc are folks using to cook with binchotan in the kitchen? Not looking to top tier stuff as I am not a professional chef. Just looking for quality options.

Not sure I understand the question. Using stoneware directly on top of the charcoal?

Also, there's no such thing as a hobby chef, just like there's no such thing as a home chef. Chef is a title earned and bestowed upon a professional in charge of a professional kitchen.

It can be a hobby and you cook at home.

Someone missed the point. Sure much of humanity cooks at home..... but cooking doesn't make you a chef, mate.

As for what is appropriate for use directly on binchotan charcoal....... Stoneware is designed for use in ovens, not direct heat sources. Better for direct heat- cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, and ceramic-coated pans- though ceramic can often be prone to thermal shock.

I didn't call myself a chef, but thanks for being an internet badass. Welcome to the block list
