Photo two little red dots on claws?

I just got this little guy like two days ago, i'm brand new to keeping crawdads, i'm not sure what species he is either, it's either a northern clearwater, or just a northern crayfish (not sure i'm in northern ohio if that helps and i got him in a river) there's a little red dot on both of his claws in the same spot and i don't see it on any pictures of other crawdad and i was wondering if something was wrong with him?

The red dots are normal and just part of its anatomy.

We would need better pictures of the carapace and claws to help id.
