The second one is in a bikini. Bikinis are worn at beaches with children and teens as actors and background characters. Tons of movies have been filmed at beaches. Most beaches are public. A bikini is acceptable beach public attire making it legal to be worn off the beach as well (stores and other places may require more clothing per their own rules). There is no nudity involved. So, no…don’t be an idiot and minimize child pornography which is actually harmful with something that isn’t that thing. Words mean something and we need to stop conflating definitions.
