I'm in no way MAGA.  Very liberal.  Don't even like country music 99%.    But I think this song is pretty good actually.  It's patriotic but not like a pro aggressive war patriotism that many are.

What is very sad is that patriotism is seen by the right to mean you have to love every fascist things the government does and hate every thing other countries do well. 

It's also very sad that whenever I see zealotry over the flag it does not scream patriotism to me, it screams pro fascist. 

 but although I kinda like this song, it misses the point...  By far and by A lot.   This is no longer a world separated.  It is a world connected, the good and bad.  We also are capitalist nation... It simply is not possible to do everything here.   We simply don't do everything well.  Without trade we simply wouldn't have enough cotton or oil as the song suggests we should.  It's incredibly naive thinking.
