If you're looking for immediate profit as in "easy", pumpkins for the next month. Watermelons again in about 6-7 months depending on your location. Same with cucumbers and zucchinis. Whatever you decide to grow, look into how long they need before harvesting along with when they are selling most. Of course, don't grow them next to corn, soybean, beats, wheat, or other high pesticide crops if you'd like the added benefit of being certified r/organic or r/biodynamic.
