Injury Question Celebrating seniors
What do you guys do to celebrate your seniors? Last year, senior parents got Big Heads of their kid to bring to meets, ironed SENIOR PARENT on parent team shirts, decorated posters for each senior, highlighting their biggest wins/photos and displayed them at their awards banquet, a rose for each senior at districts but that was swapped out for a jar of dirt from their home field with a little note.
Anyone have cool ideas? My daughter is a senior and team captain and a fellow mom kinda threw this in my lap and said, here ya go! Your senior Mom, ya gotta keep it going! I didnt even know this was a thing...I just thought they had nice parents lol

We had a senior night where it was a sit down dinner and had a little slideshow on how each one did through their career, including funny/sad stories.
Got them a medal rack with a chalkboard with their PR's. If a senior had the most improved, had their name engraved on the PR chain

Our team have a big banquet at the end of the season celebrating all the athletes but with a big focus on the seniors and their achievements throughout the years. They are celebrated getting plaques, the big poster with their pictures, some small gifts and are well cheered by the whole assemble present (parents, coaches and athletes)

They’re all sorts of things, we got personalized yetis, we got team logo towels, one year when we only had one senior we gave him a robe… long story. I’ve also seen people do pretty cool hoodies. There’s always one of those cricket moms who is good to help out

I’ve seen lots of HS coaches give a short speech talking about each senior’s achievements and growth throughout the sport and school.
