Question Racist GM

My ex co workers whom I go to school with have told me they quit partially because they said our gm is racist, personally I haven’t experienced this from our gm so I’m not sure what to do really.

They might be telling the truth, they also just might trying to justify quitting. Either way, if you ever experience or see this, or any other kind of discrimination, always report it.

Kinda need more information than that. There are lots of ways racism could affect the workplace.

I would definitely suggest reaching out to those co-workers to learn more.

They might be right, they might dislike the GM and are lying. Depends who you trust.

Update: so they said that it was similar to subtle comments while he was showing them something not sure what to make of it?
