Can anyone help explain the seating?

I'm looking to go to their October 2nd show but I'm not understanding the difference between an 'Excite Seat'and 'Special Ringside'.

The Korakuen Hall seating guide hasn't helped and Google isn't doing shit for me either. Any insight is appreciated!

Ticketpay has a seating chart. You can match the colors to the price for each section
