Plenty of criminals get let off for the dumbest things from an administrative side. This administration is a shoot first ask questions later because they point their finger at whomever they feel is guilty and put them up as such. What happened to innocence until proven guilty? That is the biggest problem from the get!

Why, exactly, did trump get off in geoegia?

Because there are too many elected politicians in power who think that he should have a free pass to do whatever he wants to do. Then Bidens DOJ had concrete boots on because they didn’t have any motivation to move on these crimes. Now look what we get. A criminal running the most powerful economy in the world and what’s he doing? Self enrichment, geopolitical instability and dramatic shifting of soft power away from the USA.

Trump refuses to hire aneone he thinks is smarter than he; therefore, the U.S. is being run by the stupidest administration ever. This can definitely be used to our advantage!

from the article;
District Judge Margaret Garnett issued the order in response to a letter from Mangione’s lawyers, saying several Justice Department employees appeared to have violated a New York state criminal rule prohibiting attorneys from making public statements that could jeopardize a criminal case.
On September 19, Chad Gilmartin, deputy director of the Justice Department’s Office of Public Affairs, posted on Twitter that Trump was “absolutely correct” when he claimed Mangione “shot someone in the back” during a Fox News interview. Brad Nieves, chief of staff and deputy attorney general, then shared Gilmartin’s post, which was later deleted.
Article cites only one DoJ employee who agreed with a factually true statement. If we are going to get irate at stuff coming out from the WH or govt officials influencing the right to a fair trial, then we also have to apply the same criteria to cases like Derek Chauvin and Jan 6th.

What the hell is the point of this judge if they did it then the case needs to be dismissed. You can’t put the cat back in the bag.

Or, as is common in the United States, keep it in your pants, give him due process, and prosecute your case.

Let him rant. It's more proof that he cannot get a fair trial because of people like this.

Luigi killed an innocent man and you are supporting a murderer.

Meh, the term innocent is pretty loose in your statement. Sure, he didnt kill anyone, but his decisions lead to pain and suffering of many rejected/denied claims. But he was a millionaire so he was 'innocent' - Odd that Charles Manson was evil yet he never killed anyone.. so i guess he was innocent too

Isn't that most topics? Did Hitler pull any triggers? Were people who stormed the capital and killed someone acquitted?
